With extensive healthcare operations, accreditation and compliance practice, she brings a wide diversity of knowledge, expertise, and skills in profitable revenue cycle reform. Valery successfully turned non-profitable healthcare providers and home health agencies into lucrative businesses as a former multi-site operations specialist. Her expertise in metrics design and analyzation produced key performance indicator reports that projected trends ultimately advancing revenue cycle, overall growth and profitability.

She believes that ethics and integrity in the healthcare industry is of utmost importance in both the appropriate delivery of service and provider reimbursement, as demonstrated through qualified compliance assessments. Through data tracking, trending and benchmark utilization, she assists in implementing universally accepted gold standards for provider achievement. She believes compliance is not only the foundation for a profitable return on investment, but also avails an “Always Survey Ready” stance for all healthcare organizations to manage efficiently, profitably, and with exceptional outcomes.

Valery is both Certified in Healthcare Compliance by the Healthcare Compliance Association as well as a Registered Health Information Technician through AHIMA & CAHIMA. She maintains an abundance of knowledge and experience in HIT, RHIT, ICD-10, ICD-9, CPT, HCPCS, E/M medical coding and billing and possess proficiency in a wide range of healthcare technology and software.
